Investment and lending limitations and requirements for member banks, including special flood hazard issues, real estate lending standards and insurance sales

Functional Application of the course material which provides students with an opportunity to test the knowledge they have received using “real life” scenarios

UPDATE! REG 103 - Regulation D (Reserve Requirements): Regulation D is a monetary policy regulation, which specifies how financial institutions must classify accounts to meet the reserve requirements established by the FRB. This course provides an overview of Regulation D and how it relates to your financial institution.

This course has been updated to incorporate:

The FRB's revised restrictions on the type and number of transfers and withdrawals that may be made from savings/share deposits.

The FRB changes that authorize the establishment of excess balance accounts (EBA) at Federal Reserve Banks.

Regulation changes effective July 2, 2009.
